“The Second Ukrainian sniping tournament” among civil shooters took place on the 30 of May 2009 on the firing range from the special branch of the Internal military forces of Ukraine “Bars” in the village Novo-Petrovcy, organized by the “Association for benchresting, varminting and sniping” and the company “IBIS”. The tournament program included 5 shooting exercises performed by the participants on sections from 100 to 914 meters under excessive time pressure.
